    I ordered 4 kurtis but I got only 3 and I was not satisfied with the clothing also soo I planned to return it and yesterday morning a delivery boy came to collect the parcel back and gave him both the parcels which I was not supposed tooo give and dint know this thing at that time I thought he came for collecting both parcels and I gave him both and now that page people got only one parcel it seems one parcel is missing and I am unable to contact that delivery boy also now its connecting to customer care now and I am unable to know what's happening can you please let meee know where is the other parcel now and contact that delivery boy and ask.

    I gave him 2 parcels: 47379071 and 16467075
    Can you please find out what happened and it went wrong and let mee know....

    Delivery boy does not come to my house, he calls me 1 km away to take delivery and he says that my boss does not let me come to your house and the delivery boy's behavior is rude. I go away 1km daily to take delivery and i want that the delivery boy come to my please take attention on this matter.

    Hi Team,
    on flipkart one shipment booked my younger brother on the name of Guddu he is not available at given address That's Why he called me for taking the parcel from Ecom then we have visited at office but ECOM manager behaviour is not good and talking with us as ruidly and says to me we will not give you of this parcel..
    @i just want to know why he is denying for the same..if i am sharing all the details regarding of concern shipment..
    @i am feeling very bad experience with the ECOM Service..So,kindly check with the manager and arrange the delivery of concern shipment..Otherwise we have to go on Twitter & Facebook for regarding poor service of ECOM..

I got call from your team member 8035009077. I spoke with another team member. He told me product is picked up successfully. I will update by evening. His contact number is 9110691595. This is the worst service form ecom express and customer cheating customer from Tiptur ecom express team.In website wrong e mail I’d mention and product is picked by Thursday August 5th 21 @12:32 PM.Still now no response from your team.

    But i need proof of delivery, Which seller as giving a signature or a stamp that he has received the order.
