    Wrong packet picked up and instead of picking 1 item, 3 items were picked.
    All 3 items were packed in single packet thus showing as 1 parcel and returned to amazon seller.
    The seller (aglare) was correct but instead of picking the seller’s 1 item, courier boy picked up 3 other items wrongly and packed all 3 items in a single packet and delivered it to amazon seller (aglare).

    Dear sir/mem
    We are from a Garments company named Ethniccotler. Which works to reach the garments to the people. In First Few Days (September) Your Company Ecom Express Shows Tracking Status Delivered By Ethniccotler 2 Return Process Parcel Without not Delivering To Ethniccotler. While both these parcels have not been received by my company. And the POD of both is also wrong. Due to this nature, our company is suffering a lot. status of parcel.

    2. AWB:5527763219 Courier: Ecom Express Reverse tracking Status : 20 sep. delivered
    We have also complained about this in Ecom Express on 20th September. And continue to get status information on Ecom express helpline number, as well. But always the answer is that your complaint is in process. But till now we have not received any peaceful response.
    We request you to solve this problem as soon as possible. End get Ecom express parcel or refund provide to Ethniccotler as soon as possible.

    This is to inform that I have not received my shipment with ECOM AWB No.- 9032256258. It is showing incorrect delivery status... Please update that where is my shipment. I have not received my items.

    I have called customer care no. too but my complaint is not resolved.. Shipment was ordered by me from shopiee & was to be deliver at my address.. inGhaziabad..But No item is delivered & Incorrect Tracking status is written.

    Worst ever customer service by Sri:

    This company should just shut down as quickly as possible. End to end their services are rubbish, starting from delivery boys to customer service representatives and their so called higher officials. They just come to office probably to only rub the chairs and make them warm. They don't provide any services to customers but instead just annoy them. They have some bloody useless policies like trying to attempt deliveries thrice even after customer refuses to accept them in the first attempt itself. They are a whole lot of disgraceful people and workers. I just truly hope and wish that this company just gets shutdown because they don't seem to care about anything and such people don't deserve any payment or profits.

    The e-com courier service in Deodar taluka where the customer gets the OTP by calling and cancels the order and the office has not received any satisfactory answer and where the courier service has to deliver home, the customer is called to the office for courier and If the office does not go to pick up the courier, the delivery man cancels the order. If the customer does not get the facility, there is no need to order online and there is no need for your courier service.

    Dear Team

    This is to inform you that I had a ordered which should have delivered on Monday as 15th August as per received message from ECOM which yet to be delivered but yesterday as received notification from decathlon that order has been delivered successfully. Even I didn't get any call and OTP which ECOM has to be taken at the time of delivery product . How can it be possible it. Please look into this on top most priority basis.

    I jave checked on online tracking portal where it is reflected that delivered on 15th as well. I have been doing online purchasing since long and Evom delivers The products properly but how can executive make this mistake
