    To Whomsoever It May Concerns.

    This is with regards to my Nissan Sunny which had undergone an accident on 15th August 2015. The car is badly damaged from front and rear side. The condition is to replace the parts than repair.

    I had given car to Kamala Nissan on 17th August. The front executive (Ms. Ranjita) was very helpful and had placed the order for the parts in front me while doing the repair.

    The excutive had told me that the car would take 15-20 days time to complete the work hence i was relaxed 3rd September. No one from Kamala Nissan called me until then to update the status.

    When I called 3rd September, one of executive, Sushil and he said the work as not started because the issues with parts or some commercial problem. Even the manager Ganesh Shetty was unable to help.

    Today the Manager Ganesh Shetty is telling me to take the car back as they dont have the status.

    This is a disgusting example of Customer Service. They don't have value for Customer's time neither a decency to follow up with the customer to send a regular update.

    They have also told me to write to the director about this.

    I wish the director Mr. Jain looks into this matter urgently and resolve this.
