I tried to transfer data from my old Soni-Ericson phone to my new Moto G 3rd Gen phone but failed despite several attempts.The soni ericson was able to see the Moto but the Moto could not see the soni though both the sets had their bluetooth open.Please suggest what should I do.

I have a moto G3 and when i in puri it was in my pocket as a result it became wet. As moto G3 is water resistance for 30 min den why there is a problem. I had put my back cover completely.
