    in spite of me complaining repeatedly to customer care and even to the nodal officer tn that my landline is not working for the passed one month still there is no response for my complaint, i thought airtel is having good customer service but my assumption is false this type of worst service i have never seen, even nodal officer of tn is not responding properly. i want my landline to be fixed today since im using it for business purpose, already my one month production is being lost by your worst service. still your people not responding for my complaint, now kindly tel me still how many days yourl want for making my connection done.

    I have applied for MNP NO 9444016061 From BSNL to Airtel by sep2016.so far it is not activated.     I have raised multiple complaints and sent an email 3 times to 121 and nodal officer of Tamilnadu, however, I have no response received. Should I assume Airtel is no where monitorining the complaints or there is no capable ppl who can see the issues raised and resolve it.

    Dear Sir,
    This is in reference to the Prepaid Mobile No 8826466027 recharged with International package for 10 days’ worth of Rs.2997/- for BRAZIL on dated 28.04.2017 from Gurugram (HR).

    Before taking the above package I had confirmed with the Customer care representative about the above package and was confirmed that we will get 250 minutes Incoming call, 250 outgoing call to India, 250 SMS and 3 GB Data for 10 days.

    Regret to inform you that after conversation with the customer care representative for about 10 times, they were unable to established neither outgoing calls to India nor Internet Data setting resulting no use of any data & calls to India. We have been told by the representatives that this will be shorted out within 2 hrs., another time told within two days etc. but could not resolve the issue.

    This is extreme level of dissatisfaction toward this recharge of big amount Rs.2997/- and I hereby requesting you to kindly refund the amount at the earliest.
    We are in the gold category customer to AIRTEL and using your services for more than a decade having about 10 Mobile No of Airtel, IPTV, DTH and Internet services as well.
    You are again requested to kindly do the needful and oblige for the same.

    We have applied for an airtel broadband
    connection on 11/4/2017 and the relevant documents along with initial
    deposit of Rs.1000/- was handed over
    to Airtel representative. After 15 days we have been told that connection
    is not possible. Hence we have given
    the bank details to refund deposit
    on 24th of April and till date it has
    not been refunded despite various

    As i have recharged the above plan for 70 days validity, I have revived the message like the plan will be expired on 28 days. So immediately i have raised a complaint on the same day and got the confirmation like this has been resolved with in 24 hours.

    After 28th day, the plan got expired and for the Mobile data it has been charged from my main balance account and I couldn't able to make an outgoing calls.

    I have raised a High Priority Complaint regarding the issue three times with continuous followups with Customer care..

    Regarding broadband new connection by PRaveen Kumar:

    I would like to escalate an issue in getting new broadband connection in my area kelambakkam, Chennai. I have been contacting airtel customer care for the past one month and they are yet to give me a proper response regarding the new connection.

    I receive multiple calls from different numbers giving different updates. They also confirmed my address and got the proofs twice. I have sent my address proofs to numbers 9677312345 ( contacted a week back) and 9790798988 (contacted yesterday). These persons work in airtel customer care.

    Few say I'll get a connection by tonight but I am not getting any calls. Few say there is a technical fault and it takes more than a week.

    Requesting you to solve this issue as we are in need of broadband connection immediately.

    I called(from my number 9566729681) customer care raised request many time but still now i did n't get any response from your side. 34282866(Req Number).
