Dear All,
I am Customer of Airtel DTH Since Last 5 to 6 years and I want to buy LNB Camera So I have called to Customer Care dated 15/8/2018 and Talk with your senior executives Bhavika Solanki but not given proper reply...
Before few days I have call to Customer Care regarding inquiry of Price of LNB Camera of Airtel digital DTH and AS per your company executive camera Rate is Rs.160/- and Engineers visit charge is Rs.150/- Total Rs.310 but I want to buy only LNB Camera without engineer visit and not pay extra engineer visit charge of Rs.150/- . So your executives has told me and provided your company's authorised dealer contact no as per city pincode area and told me kindly visit our authorised dealer office and buy camera with Rs.160/ .. Today i have visited your authorised dealer Bhagyoday Traders Near Vasant Transport Kukda press jin Mehta market Surendranagar for buying LNB Camera So Your authorised dealer asking Rupees Rs. 220/- instead of Rs. 160/ - So I have asking Invoice of the Same but they denide and told me if you want to buy Camera than pay Rs.220/- without any bill...
So I have agian called to Customer Care for making complain against the dealer... I will ready to pay Rs.220/- with invoice but dealer is not ready to give invoice....
Alps note today I have make complain with service request id 79021560 and received call from engineer and they asking Rs.170/- Plus Service Charges Rs. 150...
It's means there is no any standardrise rules price list for customer and appointed authorised dealer..
Kindly look into this matter very seriously and resolve my problem very urgent basis..if my problem is not solve within 48 hours I will go to Consumers foram against the company and authorised dealer also for denine given invoice.
