    Request for implementation of “Equal pay for Equal work” decision of Hon`ble Supreme Court in NIT Kurukshetra, Haryana for contractual Assistant Professors by Amit Goyal:

    Respected Sir


    We are working as Assistant Professors on contract basis at National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra. Though we are in this noble cause of teaching and providing technical education to students for last many years, NIT is completely ignoring our career growth. Copy of appointment letters of few of the faculty members is attached here for your quick reference.


    We are working on a consolidated salary of Rs. 30,000 per month. This salary has not been revised since 2011. We have requested to our director here to revise this salary but he has not considered our request. Copies of request letters are attached here. Hon`ble supreme court has also ordered “Equal pay for Equal Work” in its decision dated 26th Oct 2016 in Civil Appeal 213 of 2013(Copy attached). As per this, minimum salary of Assistant Professor at entry level is as mentioned below which is being paid to many teachers here in our departments


    Basic 15600+AGP 6000 + DA+ Allowances which is approximately 56000/- under 6th pay commission.


    NIT Kurukshetra and many other NITs are violating directions of hon`ble supreme court of equal pay for equal work. Even to harass us, they have increased the salary of freshly recruited teachers in 2017 and ignored our request. Copy of their advertisement 2017 has been attached here. These fresh Assistant Professors are working with us in our department, taking equal load and all responsibilities. But they are getting 40,000 or 50980per month while our (experienced teachers’)salary is still 30,000 per month.

    We approximately 100 teachers in NIT Kurukshetra are grieved by this action. Now only hope left is media to get the right of equal salary for us. You are requested to get the orders implemented at the earliest and get us salary equal to the permanent Assistant Professors.

    Uco bank was sanctioned of Rs.7.00 lakh personal loan against my property mortgage on 11.11.2011 against this loan 84 blank cheques deposited in this bank, Bank managerShri M.P.Singh had insistd me to take insurance policy to secure your life ,BM M.P.singh sent a insurance agent to take my PAN/Adhar than he give my cheque No.561467 Rs. 30,000/- through consiparacy issued policy to other person against my cheques money.Till day Neither received any policy nor refund my amouunt. I have so many times written letter to the Bank but no any action taken agaist insurance agent. Please inquire and refund my amount with interest.This is froad and cheating the customer.

    I am saurabh from saraswati vidya Mandir ,Barwat sena (Bettiah) Bhiar.in this school Previous year fee was 1300 but in this years school fee is 1600.Previous year admission charge was 6000-8000 but in this year admission charge is 8000-11000 this is only school whose admission charge apply every year on both new and old student.this is the costly school in bettiah Distric in fee.facilites of this school is very low.Parents of this school is anxious condition.sir Poor student continue his study in this school.i wrote the letter to Bhiar CM,Deputy CM ,PMo office but no body can lessen because this is a RSS school and the government is also is RSs .sir plese help us through media.

Mr.Surya Thatavarthi introducing himself as NDTV A.P state incharge since 2 years, so that your channel is going to open in Andhra Pradesh(Amaravathi) soon . He also appointed me as his personal secretary and issued ID card with the sign of VIKRAM CHANDRA(C.E.O) sir. He also appointing NDTV reporters in A.P. But I have no trust up on him..
