आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी मै एक छोटा सा व्यापारी आपका ध्यान अपनी और आकर्षित करना चाहूंगा मेरे जैसे न जाने कितने लोग अपना जीवन यापन प्लास्टिक रीसाइक्लिंग से चला रहे है मेरा आपसे एक सवाल है कि क्या आपको मालूम है हम सब मिल कर कितना प्लास्टिक रीसाइक्लिंग कर रहे है अगर वो प्लास्टिक रीसाइक्लिंग करना हम बंद कर देंगे तो आपके देश में बहुत सी समस्या खड़ी हो जाएगी, आपके द्वारा सिंगल यूज प्लास्टिक पर जो बैन लगाया गया है उसको कृपया करके विस्तार से समझा दे, आपके इस फैसले से हम व्यापारी को बहुत परेशानी खड़ी हो रही है, भारत में अगर प्लास्टिक रीसाइक्लिंग का व्यापार बंद होता है तो आपको अनुमान के तौर पर में बताना चाहूंगा कि काम से कम दस लाख मजदूर बेरोजगार हो जाएंगे ओर पचास हजार व्यापारी बर्बाद हो जाएंगे ओर छोटी फैक्ट्री बंद हो जाएंगी।

क्योंकि हमारी सरकारे कचरा प्रबंधन में नाकाम रही है। अपनी इस नाकामी को छुपाने के लिए प्लास्टिक के विरुद्ध लोगो को गुमराह करना शुरू कर दिया है।
*यह बहूत बड़ी हकीकत है*
कोंन सी ऐसी चीज है जिस के pro और cons नही होते। हर चीज़ का अच्छे पक्ष का हम लाभ उठाते है और बुरे पक्ष से बचने की कोशिश करते है।
ट्रेनों बसों trucko आदि के एक्सीडेंट होते है हज़ारो लोग हर साल मर जाते है
क्या हम ने इनका उपयोग बन्द किया?
गेस clynder और बिजली से कितने दर्दनाक वाक्य हो जाते है क्या इनका उपयोग करना हमने छोड़ा।
ऐसी बहुत सी उदाहरण होंगी।
प्लास्टिक बैग के मामले में सरकारें इस को टारगेट बनाती है क्योंकि इसमें गलती उनकी निलकती है।
सोच कर देखो अगर इसको बन्द करना हो तो क्या सरकारों के लिए मुश्किल है।
प्लास्टिक दाना बनाने वाली कंपनियां जो रिलायंस इंडियन ऑयल Gail हिंदुस्तान पेट्रोलियम वगेरा है उनको दाना बनाने से ही रोक दे। लेकिन ऐसा नही करते। उदर से भी revenue आ रहा है और वो लेना है। इधर से चालान काट कर इकठा कर रहे है।
सरकार खुद अपने प्लांट प्लास्टिक दाना बनाने के लिए नए नए लगा रही है। पुराणों की कैपेसिटी बड़ा रही है। अभी अभी ONGC ने गुजरात मे एक बहुत ही बडा प्लांट OPAL के नाम से पिछले साल चालू करा है। पानीपत रिफाइनरी में लगे प्लांट की कैपेसिटी लगा तार बड़ा रहे है।
सभी प्लास्टिक रीसाइक्लिंग करने वाले व्यापारी से अनुरोध है अपनी फैक्ट्री में सिर्फ १५ दिन के लिए माल खरीदना बंद कर देश में हर जगह प्लास्टिक ही नजर आएगा जब बिकागा नहीं तो कोई उठाएगा नहीं, जब मालूम पड़ेगा कि प्लास्टिक रीसाइक्लिंग इंडस्ट्री का कितना बड़ा योगदान है।

SURENDRA NATH TIWARI Mobile No. 9454401023 in closed complaint no. 60000220113287 in which it had been informed that matter is related to post office and allegation not proven. In above I want to say that complainant application had not been received on dated 08.04.2022 by above police officer as well as told to the complainant that missed call is not a crime. As well as without check facts with evidence of complainant application with attach pdf file in above all complaints reports had made by police department in favour of Head Post Office Bulandshahr that allegations not proven and complainant matter is related to Post Office in which many testimony had taken from the complainant in above all complaints by police department but neither written testimony copy had given nor action taken as shown in attach pdf file in above all complaints.
Shri Virendra Kumar SI Mobile No. 08218649045 Choki Ansari Road Bulandshahr called to complainant on dated 28.06.2022 regarding complainant testimony and necessary action through received complaint from Meerut Circle Meerut ..call recording available.. where after visit at above choki by the complainant, neither written testimony copy had given nor a FIR had lodged against Superintending of Post Head Post Office Bulandshahr, as well as misbehaved, cried, tried to kill and made pressure on the complainant to remove the name of police officers from complainant application in which a complaint had given by complainant on 112 Number Police on dated 29.06.2022 in which action has not been taken till now on above person.
Balance wrong works by other police officers are given in attached pdf file in all above complaints but police big officers are ignoring it and giving to inspect the above complaints pdf file matter again and again to such police officers who are fully involved in all above complaints that is a partial and one sided decision in favour of police officers Bulandshahr.
In present, the complainant wants MENTAL HARASSMENT COMPENSATION and a FIR in above all. Please take a legal action in above all.
