Misbehaving by hospital staff by Nitin singh:

Sir. I nitin singh, I came here with my wife for check up of ultra sound. When I went to reception of ultra sound department so they demanded for Xerox of prescription paper and ID card. They told me to go for Xerox copy in old Building )(B). I went there but nobody was there. And I came back again as same place. I told him about there and I requested to him also for do Xerox copy And they said to me go out side to get Xerox copy. And staff behavior was very bad they talked to me very rudely. I want to ask that. We pay for everything Infect we also paid for ultra sound 1800/- rupees. And they have a problem to only one copy of paper. It's very ridiculous. I think. We are a very old client of the this hospital. But today I am not happy service of this hospital. And I suggest u that. If it is a policy matter so plz. It should be not in ur policy.
Hair treatment by Virendra:

My son is taking hair fall treatment from Dr.Batra's clinic at kalyan branch since 1 year we are not satisfied with the treatment and we are also not satisfied with the doctor, there is only one doctor in kalyan clinic we need to change the doctor or else please suggest us a good doctor from Dr.Batra, this is high time as they charge us heavily but according to the charges we get the unstaisfief treatment. Please look into this at an earliest by today.
Sputnik V vaccine clinical trial by Anuj Singh:

I have volunteered for the clinical trial of Sputnik vaccine being done at Batra Hospital, New Delhi. I got my first and second dose in Jan and Feb'21 respectively. However, I am yet to receive government vaccine certificate despite several follow ups. We were given a private certificate from the hospital after several follow ups. But that certificate is not acceptable at many places like airports, so every time I travel, I need to do corona test. Its been 11 months since my second vaccine and the hospital authorities are giving no timelines as to when we can get the certificate. The list of their negligence and irresponsible behavior runs long but I am mentioning only about certificate issue. As per government record I am not vaccinated and cant take another vaccine to suffice the vaccination requirement.
