Harrassment by administration in issue of an EWS(Economically Weaker Section) certificate-MOST URGENT by Atul Tewari:

Dear Sir,
I visited district collectorate, Jaipur on July 22 to get an EWS Certificate for my daughter who has scored 580 marks in the NEET this year and is seeking a seat in MBBS in a Government Medical College.
I was told by the Tehsildar office to meet the Patwari concerned for Chitrakoot, Vaishali Nagar. The Patwari directed me to get a very very cumbersome form filled and attested by two gazetted officers.
I devoted all my energies to organizing attestations between Monday and today. I organised the attestations.I attached Aadhaar copies of the 3 members of my family.I attached bank statements of 4 members of my family. I attached my Form 16 of the last financial year. I attached the rent agreement of the house we stay in and the electricity bill of the house we stay in. I attached the birth certificate of the applicant.
When I visited the Patwari today, she pointed out that the Mool Nivas Praman Patra and the ration card of the applicant are missing and they are mandatory documents.
The process of getting these documents is very time consuming.
SIR, I CAN SEE THAT MY DAUGHTER WILL NOT GET THE CERTIFICATE AT AN EARLY DATE DESPITE THE FACT THAT FOR 48 HOURS, I HAVE DONE LITTLE ELSE OTHER THAN ORGANIZING THE DOCUMENTS NEEDED.
This will mean a great loss to a citizen because the administration is monumentally apathetic and inefficient.
CAN THE ADMINISTRATION NOT SHOW A LITTLE MORE RESPECT TOWARDS AADHAAR CARD ISSUED BY THE GOVERNMENT OF INDIA AND EXPEDITE THE ISSUE OF THE CERTIFICATE?
