Some data is downloading continuesly when enable the download manager app at notification bar with downlod arrow, cannot stop until disable download manager app. Causes data consume.

I have made this complain through mobile and received a reply at your end that the parts has been made available and I will contact with you yesterday but no one come for servicing. At least 12 days passed and i have submitted complain to the Shop from where I have purchased TV. A person from Service Centre located in barrckpore Contacted me over my mobile and asked me to stay at home as they are out for home services and they will come to my residence for servicing but no one came as yet.

Extremely unprofessional. They mentioned the technician for installation would be between 10-10:30 am, still no body is here. From morning following up with the customer service people but no help received. The technician has been changed now for the third time and he will make more 1.5hrs to reach. So that's a breach in trust and terrible experience started from the day one.. stay away guys .
