My lenovo a 6000 plus is almost 3 months old and i am having a few problems which i have listed in my earlier mail.
My service centre in Valsad wants a copy of the challan and the invoice to look into my complaint.
My phone was booked on flipkart from Hyderabad by my son in law who at present is in US.The phone was delivered at Valsad.
Could you please help me in getting the challan and invoce (soft copy) so that my repairs are not delayed.
Phone was booked around 6/6 and delivered on 13/06.
