    Dear Sir/Madam

    I had returned my products on June 22, 2014 for cash back and was told the processing and clearing of the cheque will take 40-50 working days. Same is mentioned in the goods return requisition form too (pictures attached).

    Till date I have no clue as to when will I get my money back. I've spoken to Mona at the Gili (MIDC office) many times over phone and frankly it's of no help. I'm just given random deadlines and expected to wait endlessly citing shifting of office and other reasons for delay.

    Please treat this email as urgent and give me my cheque this week itself. Else I will be forced to escalate this matter higher up and make this matter public.

    I had purchased a diamond pendant from your Outlet in Pantaloon Borivali west in the year 2007. One diamond in the pendant has fallen off. From where can I get it replaced as while purchasing it I was promised a life time guarantee. I do have a guarantee card.

    I had returned a diamond ring in the month of December last year at Shopper's stop,Kolkata. I was told that I would get a refund but till now there are no updates.The receipt no. is 5702. No one is picking up the phones at your customer service.
    Must say you guys really have very bad customer service. Please let me know when can I get the refund amount or else I will be forced to take strict action against you guys.

    The authorized gili store, VIBHUSHAN GEMS & JEWELS PVT. LTD. at hisar has closed. iI had purchased a gold chain vide bill no.HSR 12-13\SA62 DT. 18.07.2012 from your authorized store ( copy of bill attached) .

    I have purchased a Daimond Ring on 22/10/2015 from Gili world R city mall Mumbai, I was told that original bill will be given post resizing but when I went to collect the ring store was closed & person handed over just the ring & said I can collect bill & box once store is open as some renovation is going on in the store & now the store is closed since last 1 month & I have not received original bill & box for the ring.

    Pls let me know from where I can collect the original Invoice.

    I had bought a diamond earring design no.TE543 of Rs.45220 on16/12/2015 .The hanging part of one of the earring got detached from the main earring and got lost. I went to the Shoppers Stop Saket Delhi. They told me that the make was delicate so the hanging part got detached. They sent the earring for repair to Mumbai office. They said minimum charges will be charged as I couldn't wear it for long. But today they told me the repairing charges will be 4165.
    I couldn't even wear this for 6 months.This earring is an expensive item. It is my hard earned money. Every expensive item has some guarantee period. But the item was so fragile that it can't be worn for long time.

    Therefore I request you to kindly give me some concession in the repair charges. I bought the earring on the faith and goodwill of Gili.

    I hope you will consider my matter so that we can keep a healthy relation as cusomer and seller in future.
    Please revert back as soon as possible.

    When I purchased Gili diamond ring style number LRL207YD/0118, I was promised lifetime warranty.The diamonds keep falling off. Twice you have repaired the ring for me but this time the agent at Shoppers Stop refused to comply stating change in policy rules as his reasoning. Apparently any replacements of diamonds will now be chargeable. But the policy changes shouldn't be applicable in my case as they were made many years after the purchase. Please look into the matter and inform me regarding how I should proceed to get my ring fixed because it is according to my documentation still in warranty.
