I bought LED Model no- LED-3110 at 18/10/2015 with 3 years warranty but my LED is not working now i called 18602085555 for compliant any my complaint number is - 7092890010492. He align engineer. for visit at my home (Ashok Nahgr,Tirwa Ganj,Kannauj 209732). Your Engineer went to my home and check LED and said to my family members to change and packed LED but no-one update for pick LED or i have no received any call from your side.
Please arrange pick up and change my LED TV this issue second time raised in my LED first time service center return my LED TV after 2 months.
So Please arrange pick up from my home address and revert ASAP.

सादर अवगत कराना है कि मैने इन्टेक्स इक्वा लायन्स2 मोबाइल नवम्बर 2017 मे खरीदा था परन्तु साल भर भी नहीं हुआ कि बैटरी खराब हो गई ।इसके मैने एस एस कम्यूनिकेशन लखनऊ उत्तर प्रदेश 2-8-1018 को नयी बैटरी खरीदने के लिए आर्डर किया ।बताया गया कि बैटरी आने पर मोबाइल से सूचना दी जायेगी फिर मै 5-9-2018 को दुबारा पहुचा फिर भी बैटरी नहीं आइ।तब से अब तक मैने कस्टमर केयर दिल्ली लगभग रोज शिकायत दर्ज कराता हूॅ लेकिन बार बार समस्या समाधान के लिए आश्वासन के अलावा कुछ नहीं मिला 15-9-2018 को एरिया मैनेजर का नं दिया गया उसने एक बार फोन उठाया अब फोन ही रिसीव नहीं कर रहा है।अब तो हम नयी बैटरी की उमीद छोड़ चुके हैं ।अब फोन तोड़ कर फेकना ही उचित लगता है ।लेकिन इतना जरूर कहना चाहेंगे आप की इमारत हमी ग्राहको पर खड़ी है आज नहीं तो कल धाराशायी हो ही जायेगी ।धन्यवाद
