My father as being taken as 2 gold loan (3209/MHP/253) & (3209/MHL/22) from muthoot finance, siddlaghatta branch and due to some health issues he passed away and being legal heirs we paid the full amount and given all the documents asked by manager but its being 15 days till now we didnt get any response from branch for release off aranaments. Kindly help us how to take our arranments back.
