My three transactions were failed while booking ticket on 01/04/2015,amt was debited three times from my account. I got refund amt of two txns. But still I did not get refund amt of txn no 100000202940512 failed. I also phone to customer care and send several times email to care@irctc.co.in with attachment of my bank statement. Payment has been settled but booking ID not generated and it is showing requested status. I am unable to take printout of the booked ticket for the Retiring Room.

Today I booked three tickets from above numbered ticket agent he demanded the printed amount of the tickets and Rs 30 service chages and Rs 4/- service tax on it he has put a charges board on the wall.he asked every customer that government has fixed these charges. He cheat the public because the ticket does not clearly reveal the ticket INCLUDE SEVICE CHARGES AND SERVICE TAX. If the ticket shows IRCTC fare + Service charges +Service tax = Total amount
Then no agent can cheat the public.please do the needful in the infest of public which is cheated by the ticket agents. Thanks

I have 6 to 7 time send mail for my refund money but they (irctc customer care) are told me we have already refunded money on 6th of november you just confirm with your bank. than i will talk with bank person he checked and told me sir their no refund amount tranfer in your account by irctc i have send Bank statement to irctc . after that again i have called to irctc and told him i have send the bank statement you first check it but they told me we not recieved any mail from your side after that one person told me i will transfer your call to my superior and disconnect the line.
