Repair of XUV 700 by Aman Chauhan:

Very poor and late process. It's been more than 15 days. My car is there in the workshop for some repair work since 13 nov 2023. And still there is no assurance that the car will be ready by 27th nov. There is no customer assistance or updates provided.

I went about 300 km to the Mahindra workshop in Dehradun to get my car serviced, but the problems with my car were not rectified. I had taken an appointment for servicing, yet my car was given to me after two days, saying that all the problems with my car will be rectified but the problems were not rectified and I was charged a bill of Rs 18573. When I returned with my car, there was a suspension problem in my car on the way. I had to return again and I also had to get the work done from a workshop outside. There was also other issues in my car which was not rectified. I have no longer trust on Mahindra workshop. I got a feedback call from Mahindra. I told them about the problem but they said that they will call later. what is the benefit of servicing in mahindra if issue of car will be not rectified and to pay high service charges.
