Recently samsung has launched the lollipop update for S4 user. I'm also using the Galaxy S4 (GT-I9500). I have also downloaded and installed the update. After that I have noticed some problems like my contacts has unfortunately stopped or media player has also shown same indication. When I used facebook or other apps, it is directly stopped and appeared the home screen. I have restored two times but couldn't resolve the matter. Look forward for your assistance in this concern. Please help me.

please refer my earlier request of servicing my samsung made microwave oven but due to lack of spare touch pad it was remain pending for a long time whenever i enquired i got the answer that once touch pad comes it will be fixed. but on my enquary on 21 st dec i found touch pad came for me was fixed to somebody,s oven keeping my oven out of order for such a long time. please take necessary action for such wrong doing .thanking you
