DEAR SIR I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CYLINDER FOR LAST 1.5 MONTH,EMLOYEE DONT ATTEND ANY CALL,I RING SO MANY CALL, BUT THEY NOT ATTEND ANY CALL,IN VISIT TO GAS AGENCY THEY ASK YOUR CYLINDER REACH YOUR HOME TODAY ,I MAKE NEAR ABOUT 10 TO 15 VISIT.UNDER THE RTI ACT I WANT TO STOCK OF YOUR CYLINDER, THEIR DELIVERY ETC, I BELEIVE THEY USE MY CYLI NDER IN BLACK SELL

It is happening again n again that we r not getting cylinder even after getting it booked on no 9466456789.Though we get booking ref. No also.But after a gap of a week,we get sms- your booking order has been cancelled as @ the time of delivery ur house was locked which is not true in any case. Every time the delivery boy visits our locality,we ask about our cylinder.yesterday. the same thing happened.we r at home then why agency sends msg- ur house was locked.The agency is not providing its services properly in fact.

I have booked the gas for refiling on date 22.02.2017 with reference no.of 93386 .But we did not receive the gas till a date .When ever gas booking auto system are alarming that gas has been supplied .Pl check & solve the issue .

I m trying to get my cylinder from last 15 days. But i am hearing same line every time from the officials side i.e supply is not coming. What the hell ?
