This is to let you know that my Annuity No. is 011Y0428061781 (USA Embassy FSN Staff Supn. Fund) with you. Further to declare that I would NOT like to continue with this scheme any further. I need the capital money back ASAP and to be transferred to my SBI account that is already with you. The fund is required to meet my and my wife's on going treatment and also a marriage function due in the family shortly.
