Ups backup problem by Central bank of india, motchakulam:

We have call locked complaint on 27th of November for ups power issue. But inspite of repeated reminder your concerned technical team is reluctant to attend on priority basis. You are more concerned on renewal of AMC,than attending service calls. Hope necessary action will be initiated tmrw.
