i had given the complaint on Jun, 20, 2020 but from your side no reply or any communication. neither your engineer or Technical person had called me Are you going to short out or I have to disconnect your service
you know that this convid-19 all office staff are working from home this time you have to give good service instead disconnecting and no proper services from your end. I request if you did not want the customer than you call tell that kindly choose other provider.

Hi,
I have been using Ion internet for almost 3-4 years and had Intermittent issues which was bearable. For last one year the service seems to be pathetic. Internet is either slow or not working. I had logged case with the support team but they use to close the ticket without any confirmation or RCA for the issue. I have also complained on the tickets being closed without any acknowledgement but still no change. Now for last one week my net is not working and they are not even bothered to get it rectified. The engineer came look into my router and went off without saying anything. When I called him he said there is one customer from where they have taken the power connection is out of town because of which the net is not working. Is this the way the support is given are we paying for such poor service where th customer are being harassed so much for such poor service.
I stay in kamothe sector 18 and I guess the service provider over here is unable to manage the service properly.
Not sure if any action will be taken by you guys but thought of highlighting it. My money is wasted on such poor service it don't want someone else to fall a prey like me.
