I reached kotdwar roadways bus depot on dated 13.10.2019 I have seen many passengers were stand in front of bus depot for travel kotdwar to Delhi. But no bus were gave him. Kotdwar bus depot staff were told limited bus has provide by govt. even many bus were stand in bus depot also bus depot staff wrong behaviour with passengers.
Therefore, you are requested to early action against kotdwar bus depot staff to smooth bus service in all season. I am waiting for you action against kotdwar bus depot staff.

Conducter not taking Rudrapur passengers he is taking only delhi passenger
Dear team,
Bus no.1127,Conducter was not taking Rudrapur passengers, he was taking only delhi passengers,his nature was very rude,he is not behaving like a government employee, he was behaving like that the bus is her personal bus not government bus,he is refusing passengers to take Rudrapur old & illiterate passenger are very tensed that time because he was directly refusing the passengers. Please take an action regarding this,today @18:50 pm,the bus run from tanakpur to faridabad.

Miss behavior when I was entrying the bus than he grab my jacket and give me a pull....very much misbehaved conductor and one more guy with him he is choking me and then telling that I m creating sceen in bus .....the fall is there and they are diverting and forwarding on me .
Kindly see the matter and take the appropriate decision else I will go in the consumer forum,RTI .
Kindly do not take it otherwise else it will be a very serious.

Dear Sir,
Yesterday evening I booked one online ticket of volvo bus as a guest login for todays date ie 29-12-19 in the name of Sunita Chamola. The timing of the bus to depart was 6:00 am.
The ticket was booked and the money was deducted from my account but I didnt received any booking confirmation on my phone as well as not even received any mail for booking confirmation. I booked the seat no.10 and when i checked the status of the same seat it was showing the status as booked.
Today morning when the traveller asked the conductor about seat no 10 he confirmed that the booking is in the name of sunita chamola. He told that since we dont have any message so he will not allow to board the passenger. The passenger said that she is producing his I card in the name of sunita chamola but conductor denied to board the passenger.
She was alone female traveller and this has caused inconvinience due to this. Its not my mistake if i didnt recd the message or mail regarding the confirmation of my ticket and since the ticket was booked the conductor must have allowed the passenger to board after checking the id proof.
Considering all above I request to do the necessary action on the conductor whatsoever and atleast refund my amount which was paid by me for which my traveller did not got the seat.

आदरणीय महोदय जी मैं अपनी छोटी बहन के साथ delhi से रुड़की आने के लिए उत्तराखंड की बस UKO7PA3088 में रात्रि12 बजे से बस के चलने का इंतजार कर रहा था, तभी बस में 2 यात्री आये जो आकर बस में दारू पी रहे थे और गाली दे रहे थे जिसकी सूचना मेरे द्वारा बस के drivar और कंडुक्टर को दी गई तब उनके द्वारा हमारे साथ ही बुरा व्यवहार किया गया और रात्रि 12.45 पर मुझे और मेरी छोटी बहन को बस से नीचे उतार दिया 01352760478,
हमारे साथ कोई भी दुर्घटना घटित हो सकती थी परन्तु ड्राइवर और कंडक्टर के द्वारा उन दोनों यात्रियों को शराब पीने से मना नही किया गया,

01 मई 2022 कोटद्वार से बीरोंखाल के लिए 1130 बजे बस नम्बर UK07PA 2529 नम्बर बस में मैंने तीन टिकट के पैसे कंडक्टर को दिए । दो सवारी हम एक सामने बैठे थे एक सवारी कंडक्टर साइड पीछे बैठी थी , जब कंडक्टर ने तीसरी सवारी के बारे में पूछा तो हमने इशारा करके बता दिया था उसके बाबजूद भी कंडक्टर ने फिर से टिकट काट दिया । रास्ते में एक बार चेक होने पे फिर बताया कि एक सवारी कम हो रही है क्योंकि एक टिकट ज्यादा काट रखा था । जब मैंने अपने एक टिकट के पैसे मांगने सुरु किये तो कंडक्टर पैसे देने से मना करने लगा जब वो कैसे भी एडजेस्ट कर सकता था । जबकि उसे पता था कि उसने रास्ते में 5 से 6 किलोमीटर जाने वाले यात्रियों से टिकट के पैसे लिए लेकिन टिकट नहीं दिया ।

| मैं 20 -21-02-2022 को ISBT दिल्ली से कोटद्वार उत्तराखंड परिवहन कि बस संख्या UK... 4438 से कोटद्वार ( उत्तराखंड) अपने गांव जा रहा था कि उत्तर प्रदेश में मीरापुर के बाद बिजनौर आते ही बस में किसी असामाजिक तत्वा ने मुझे कुछ विषैला पदार्थ सुंघा कर मेरे पास से मेरा एटीएम( डेबिट कार्ड),मोबाइल और 60000 रुपये नकद चुरा लिए, मुझे बेहोशी की हालत में देखकर किसी ने कोटद्वार सरकारी अस्पताल पहुंचाया जहाँ मेरा इलाज किया गया,जब तक कि मैं 22 .02.2022 को होश में आया तब तक उक्त ब्यक्ति (चोर) ने मेरे अकाउंट से (2लाख, 12000 रुपये ),16 बार अवैधानिक ट्रांसक्शन्स(unauthorisedtransactions) करके अकाउंट खाली कर दिया था |
मैंने उक्त शिकायत 23.02.2022 को पुलिस साइबर क्राइम ब्रांच में की थी जिसका एकनॉलेज (पावती) संख्या 20802220011439 है| और पुलिस FIR संख्या 158772/2022 दिनांक 23.02.2022 है |
इसलिए अंत में आपसे इन्साफ की उम्मीद लगाकर अपना दुःख आपसे साझा करके आशा करता हूँ इस घटना से जो unauthorisedTransactions हुई है रिकवरी करने में मुझ गरीब की सहायता अवश्य करेंगे|
