    My dad is struggling since long to close the billing amount but there is no help from the executives.

    -- We are staying in Mumbai and no one stay at our village home but still the billing amount for every month is on an average of 300.

    -- We raised the concern in Gondola office and the officers told there is problem with the electricity meter and you have to change the meter.

    -- They have charge some amount and after a long followup they given us a new electricity meter and told us next month your problem will be solved.

    -- But now this month the officer came for reading he told your account is not been transfer to the new meter the reason this month also you have to pay the amount.

    -- Not sure where is the Gap in this issue can someone please help me close my problem at the earliest please.

    I paid my june-19 moth electrical bill Rs/-199.00/- by on line with my debit card on dated-08.08.2019.but not update your record since.and also deducted that amount from my account.So please kindly look into the matter and solve my problems at earliest.

    Sir I am from Orissa. District of gajapati since yesterday we are facing load problem some time it comes heavy load and instantly goes down due to which we are in fear of life risk and some devices are also damaged so when we notify it to junior engineer he is not ready to hear single word and scolding to us. He is said he has no time. If any life risk is made means who will take the responsible.

    2. Due to non-availabity of power supply common livelihood activities are getting affected and also affects specially to students.

    First of all keep a number so that people can contact you. You guys don't have any numbers. Today we had around 5time power cuts. We people came from different states and working from home and you guys just disconnecting the power and there is no response from you guys without any reason you guys are disconnecting the power .

    Power is continously getting off at night for 4-5 hours in our area gosaninuagaon. Already due to this pandemic and lockdown we are suffering a lot then power cut for long hours in this hot summer. How one can survive because of this power cut for long hours people are getting ill. Even no one is responding to the call. Please look in to this matter urgently and do the needfull. We are facing a lot of problem while working from home too.
