मैंने दिनांक 12-09-2019 को रेलवे में विशाखापट्नम से रायपुर के लिए ट्रेन बुक करवाया था,बुकिंग IDक्रमांक IXITR 129038044202 है,बुकिंग कंफर्म नहीं हुआ और मेरे एकाउंट से ₹639काट लिया गया है।
5 दिनों के भीतर पैसा वापसी का मेसज आपके तरफ से आया था किंतु आज 7 दिनों के बाद भी पैसा वापसी नहीं हुई है। ऐसे में आपके ixigo की विश्वसनीयता पर सवाल खड़े हो जाता है।
कृपया मेरा ₹639 शीघ्र वापस करने की कृपा करेंगे।

I have tried to book Ixigo Customer Care Number,O9O642O548O train ticket on 4th May the payment through UPI failed and afyer consecutive effort payment was through but no ticket is booked.
Since that time I am following with IXIGO management and my Bank for refund.
My Bank has confirmed that oayment is through same they confirm from IXIGO bank.
As per IXIGO suggestion charge back was raised and IXIGO bank i form that payment was credited to IXIGO account and they had rejected it.
