Dear Sir, My DL is not reflecting online at my area RTO,Dehra, Kangra,H.P., (Past one month nobody is picking Landline numbers..engaged or out of order in Chandigarh RTO). At present I am permanently settled in Himachal Pradesh.
1. MY DL NO IS DLF/CH02/012886/2000, Class: LMV-MCW, Issued on 20/11/2000 & Expired on 20/11/2020.
2. I want my DL should be entered online & require NOC from the Chd RTO, so that it can be renewed in Dehra, Kangra RTO in Himachal.
