Vikrama Simhapuri University is based at Nellore in Andhra Pradesh. The University saw its inception 6 years back in 2008 with six mainstream courses. But April 2010 proved to be an important year for the University. The state government passed a G.O that said that all colleges in Sri PottiSriramulu of Nellore district, affiliated to Sri Venketeshwara University will be affiliated to VSU. With this order SVU PC Center in Kavali, 52 Degree and PG Colleges, 12 MBA/MCA Collegs, NBKR Engineering College and two oriental colleges in SPSR Nellore District would come under VSU.
The Vikrama Simhapuri University offers various courses to students and educated thousands of students over the period of its commencement.Students in fact have new options at their discretion and can choose subjects with the changing situations and job market.
