    Yesterday evening I took a token from Andheri St for chakala..I gave 200 rupee note..in hurry I left without collecting balance ..after I crossed security and token entry gate one gentleman intuptted me and said that the counter person asked him to inform me about balance refund...I must appreciate the Honesty of your employee MR.SANJAY...when I thank him..he said we are here to to take upmost care of passengers..
