1 no. gas oven booked from kolkata indusrial expo. from your stall. sum marketing. agarpara. gven me receipt for this. receipt no. 00075. they suppose to deliver this oven 28.12.2017. still not deliver, I called up several times, only feedback , they commit to deliver next day.
Please do the needful, otherwise , I am going to consumer forum regarding this issue.

I purchased a Jaipan Induction Cooker JIC 605 in 2016 and it was the product of 2013 .Now its spare parts is not available even in your company .
Is it not company,s responsibility to pull out all unsold items from market?
I have personally many times contact company but no solution is given only said it is out of market .
Company should replace or repair my induction cooker or I will raise the issue in leading news paper and consumer forum.

Sir,
i purchased a Jaipan Dry Iron in the month of December,2017 which is not working for 2months.
Last Month i made complain on your given complain number and after so many call one person has received it and he was so bad in resolving the issues and just told me that there is no home service and i would have to go to the place from where i purchased the material now its too far from the place where i stay now.
and ahead of that he did not even listened me properly and just disconnected the phone.
There is no proper after sale service given.
Company should give proper service if they are selling the material, or else i would have to take to any consumer forum

I have purchased a kitchen chimney along with its steel pipe from your kolkata distributer "UNIQUE COLLECTION" AT 42/5, Krishnapur Road, Baguihati, Kolkata - 700028. Mob: 8478835415 / 8910662809 on 20/06/2019 at Saltlake trade fair. But Sir, I have yet to receive the said chimney pipe and any service from their end.
