    KSRTC BUS DELAY by sudheendra:

    I had travelled to chennai from bangalore on 30th Jan by KSRTC AIRAVAT scheduled to leave Shanti nagar bus stand at 5.35 am. I reached the bus stand on time but the bus arrived only at 6.35AM .The driver stated that the bus is coming from Mangalore and due to ghat section the delay is inevitable. The bus reached chennai at 1.30PM ( delay of 1 hour).The driver says it is normal. The bus on arriving at bangalore was not at all clean .Why the passengers are not informed about the delay and who is accountable for all these??? ( G R Trip Code 0535bngchn seat No 13,14)
    While returning from chennai the bus scheduled to leave at 16.46 left at 17.25 for no apparent reason ) and reached bangalore at 12.30AM .Along way a highly violent kannada movie was screened which really made us mad. Many of us were with family members and the driver should think twice before screening such movies. Better not to screen any movie instead of such violent action movie.( trip cODE j68528712 seat no. 19,20)
    I think authorities should wake up at least now ???????

    Confirmation message is not received till now on behalf of Ksrtc e ticket reserved to travel from Thrissur to Mysore on 2nd september 2018 at 14:30;that was booked on 25th august 2018.service numbers is also not available. Please do the needful.

    I am an employee working at Kottayam MG UniversityI live in Alappuzha district At 8 am, there was a bus from Alappuzha to Kottayam via the kallaraBut there is no bus on some daysBut passengers go full of bus on weekendsWe ask that you make this bus service permanent

    There is a bus starting from chnr to tvm at 5.15.today 26.9.18 at 5.30 it came for refueling.on enquiry at 5.45 they tell that the tickets machine is not working.if u can provide a better way to inform the passengers about these types of problems we can go for other options to reach tvm on time.then we came to NH. One super fast with seating capacity came and gone without stopping as if it is not his duty to do so.only God can save them.we got A1 travels and by paying rd 50 very comfortably reached tvm.if someone who is looking after this type of complaits are not abovementioned types please do something

    I was travelling in KSRTC Venad service Bus No. RCS 247 today on 07-11-2018, from Karunagapally Kuttivattom to Ammachiveedu Junction. I picked the bus from the above Kuttivattam stop at about 11.35 P.M. The bus from the very beginning was not stopped in most of the stops even the travellers standing in many bus stops offered their hands for stopping it. It was not even stopped in Ammachiveedu junction where I was to step down and taken ticket for the same. When I asked the conductor, who was a lady about it, she toled me that it will be stopped in the next stop at Civil station. When I asked why it is so, she replied that, The bus is controlled by her and it will be stopped on her will and wish only. When I remember her that because of your this attitude, we the travellers witnessed that this bus has lost at least a collection of not less than Rs 1000/- from karunagappally to Ammachiveedu junction, which is the loss caused by her to the corporation. Then she toled me that, "you go and complaint to the corporation, I will not bother about it." ... So my complain to this corporation with my openion that THIS TYPE OF EMPLOYEES ARE PUSHING THIS CORPORATION TO DEBT, and If the corporation will not take strict action against this type of employees, the corporation can never get rid from the Financial Depts.

    We are the natives of the place
    Amboori,pin code 695505 which is about 42 kms away from thiruvananthapuram central.As its rural area we have only few buses to trivandrum.The only long route bus we have is kottayam fast passenger(kottayam depo bus starting from chempakaparra passing amboori
    @6.30am).Most of the people are depending on this bus for long route service.For the last 3 weeks we missed the bus as the employees(conductor and driver) are not keeping the proper timings.on enquiry we understood that the bus passed 10 minites earlier.As a regular traveller i am facing much difficulty
    as i had to reach kottarakara.Kindly make understand the staff the customer's difficulty and guide them to follow proper timings

    This is an essential and urgently needed suggestion.

    I was travelling from kottayam to Trivandrum by a 5AM superfast bus, I got in to the bus and seated in the front seat, later when the conductor came he had a reservation chart and one by one many had to leave their seat for the reserved people, even ladies with small babies were there that time almost all the seats were filled. To avoid this bad and difficult situation, the conductor can display the reservation chart when they put the destination board on the bus so that other unreserved passengers can avoid this reserved seats.

    Sir please make some arrangements to make it implemented in some or the other way , this is a very difficult situation for long travelling passengers.

    Today 2/2/2019, I travelled in a KSRTC bus boarding at Vytilla Hub which goes through piravam, pala, ponkunnam, mundakkatam. I got down at Ponkunnam. I gave a Rs 500 note to the conductor, but he didn't give me Rs 400 back. I think it is partially my fault that I forgot to ask for the balance and I think he thought that I gave him Rs 100 only. All I want is to take necessary action.

    Sir ksrtc may start one bus service from trivandrum to thiruchirapalli I am not asking for a volvo bus or chill bus at lest one supper fast at convent Time as you know ksrtc has more fans in tamilnadu also in this rute more rush is there so i think it is economical also our kerala buses are far better than tamilnadu bus so kindly take nessesery action regarding this

    I asked Driver of Bus- KL-15 A 871 JN 465 leaving from EKM-TVM on 18-03-2019 whether there are any available seats. Just then his reply was whether i dont have eyes to see whether there are any seats vacant. His attitude was that as if he owns the KSRTC and i was getting on his bus as a charity from him. If this is how KSRTC employees are behaving then as a regular online booking customer i wud prefer train. Hope that you will take necessary actions to atleast educate them on this behalf. Consider this as a request from a wellwisher of KSRTC

    We booked 2 tickets from Bangalore to muvattupuza on journey date 19/4/2019.After 1 week we cancelled both tickets.PNR NO:K872243..The refund of rs 2010 is initiated but not credited within 7 days.Please do the necessary .
