How can I register myself for a Jeevan Pramaan?
There are three ways to register and get a Jeevan Pramaan
• visit your nearest CSC centre and register online using CSC services and you may have to pay nominally for this
• visit a Designated Office and register yourself
• Download the application & install on your android based smart phone/tablet or Windows PC/Laptop and register yourself (you will need biometric device for this step)

You can download the Jeevan Pramaan Windows & Android client software here. The client software will help perform a registration for a life certificate, for authentication it will use the Aadhaar Biometric Authentication platform.

i m csc VLE,while giving jeevan praman service to customer error massage shows, "unable to detect Registerd Biometric Device". Device registered and paid yerly fee for RD sevice. pls resolve issue.

Dear Sir,
While trying to submit life certificate for a relative, the Sanctioning authority for state of Nagaland Govt is not mentioned or not mapped in the list. In this regard the pensioner is unable to submit life certificate. Kindly resolve the problem.

problem in update check - possible reasons as below
1 intermediate certificate has not been in installed.
2 root certificate is missing on the client while connecting to server

Dear sir
I had submitted Jeevan praman online and got the certificate. I sent the details to Ahmedabad pension office. I sent the certificate to the pension office by Registered post. Still I am not getting my pe. I request you to do the needful help in this regard.
