    I have been alloted CUG No.8501097711. Later, I have shifted to other department. As such my sim was deactivated. Later on the call of customer care centre, i have approached to concerned service center in Vijayawada, for reactivation on the same SIM Card as there is a problem in the PHONE Instrument ( another SIM Card cannot be inserted). But the concerned representative expressed their inability.
    In this connection, I request to know, is it not possible for activation of Present SIM. If possible, let me inform and reactivate the same.

    I have following grievances.
    1. Internet speed very slow
    2. When i changed my postpaid to prepaid i paid whatever amount was due still i got repeated calls from your people who were talking very rudely.
    3. I did not get a single message or email for the same. I got the mail very late with link...after which i paid the amout immediately.
    4. Before receiving the mail i went to idea off at 3 different places ..everywhere i was told that they can't accept the amount for inactive number.
