I have tried to contact several times to check whether my policy is renewed or not but there is no resposne from JIO SHRAVAK AROGYAM team instead they have removed all the numbers from their website and the only point of contact is mail id which is not providing proper response. I request you to solve the issue on priority or provide me refund / actual amount paid. to another and I give proper intimation.
I got two INTIMATION ID
But while submitting clam I wrongly
written ID No. of INTIMATION on both file
is same while I got two number of ID
INTIMATION.
Can I submitt another form-A with
correcting INTIMATION ID or what can I do
for it.
