Not providing a canopy for my tractor Even there is provision by RUDRAMA DEVI:

I M.rudrama devi bought 7500 power reverser tractor from MRB crop care , Vijayawada,Andhra Pradesh.there is a provision for canopy (there is a role bar) to tractor ,Even though it is a topend vehicle I did not got canopy.if u won't provide a canopy you should not give provision right.this is shame to say that there is a provision( role bar) you are not able to provide canopy with the tractor.in India small companies like NEW HOLLAND,SONAIKA are providing a canopy .you people won't respond even we complaint you meany times.9 059793333 is my ph no

I am Mallanagouda Sannagoudar residing in chikkayadachi,Hirekerur(Tq), Haveri(Dt). I have bought a new john deere tractor from the showroom in Haveri. We had discussed the terms on the loan that has to be made in the bank and the showroom people had told that they will come and collect the DD from bank and they will complete all the bank procedures. But now they are not even responding to us and we are fed up of travelling to bank again and again. So, please return the money that we had paid and take back the tractor from us if you are not willing to support us on this matter. Thank you.

My John deere vechicle model 5310PR hiving problem 3months back and still it is not rectified and nobody is not responding in a proper service manner. I appeoched and complied to Prasasad who is your aurhorised company engineer . Really it was very bad experience and service from your end. He is also inefficient to resolve my problem. I have been suffering with this since 3 months and our vizag delar is also not a expert person to resolve. So kindly understand my concern and do needful help immediately.

Sir, I am ankit mahalaha from itarsi ,(m.p.),very disappointed with ur company , because johndeere advertise it's product with different accessories like fibre hood canopy ,weight ballast in rear tyres,front plate weight,and etc. But when customer ask for all these accessories ,jd dealer refuse directly nd says these all accessories are not provided by company so we cant make them available.
So plz do not make fool to ur customer, either u stop advertising ur product with these accessories or make them available for ur customer.

Tractor was not good and he was not proper work of his HP so I was also trouble for this model l was purchased new tractor march 2018 so I shurely say the company was cheeting the farmer.
