    Worst customer service I ever seen, what Royal Oak has given me so far. When you go to shop they show the product nicely and get the order. After order the tragedy starts, they saying delivery 3 days and installation 3 days after delivery. For my case, it has been delayed 10 days so Branch manager said, sir don't worry we will do the delivery and installation in the same day as delay from our end. Product delivered yesterday and when I asked they said within 3 days installation. I called customer care 5 times even talked with their supervisor but nobody taking this as a complain. they saying this not a complain.I wasted so much time with talking with different persons from customer care, branch from Royal Oak but no result. I also sent email to customercare@royaloakindia.com but no response.God knows when i will get service. Thanks

    This I have noticed once your person gone back from our place immediately we Informed him to come back and see.

    He suggested us to share the pictures that we have shared to him. Simultaneously we informed and shared the pictures to Mr suresh (Royaloak representative - E city Bangalore)




    Kindly look in to the same and arrange for replacement

    Delay in Delivery :- I purchased FALCON Single seat recliner From Marathahalli branch on 25/11/2018 bearing order no: 1819050765, but till date the item has been not delivered and nobody from customer care contacted me for delivery.     I bought an Optimus dining 2 months back and now legs of all chairs are rusting.

    Have been raising complaints for replacement but nothing has been done yet. Instead they sent a technician with thinner to clean the chairs.

    Day by day the rust is increasing.

    We have purchased the above and was delivered on23 /09/2022 and was fabricated next day,during fab we found that legs bolts holes are not matching and the carpenter said to raise a complaint and we raised the complaint vide RIPL 30658 and another carpenter by name Krishna attended and could not fix it with 2 bolts and said the other bolt hold is not matching.I told him to replace the defective set,he said to report and we did ,so far no action has been taken to replace the defective part. Kindly arrange as it is required.

    I'm regular customer of berlynoak, but this time I'm very much unhappy with your service. Paid amount on 4.03.23, I was promised to get my product by 06.03.23 but no communication from your side. I have contacted Your employee from Tambaram berlynoak many times but not satisfied with his response. If this is your service this is the last time of purchase from your shop. I have paid you Rs.37000 still waiting for single update of my product. No communication from your end feels very worst. Arrange to send product within 2 days that is 12days from booking. Else cancle my order let me book from any other good shop.
