Diesel filling in my car by SHAMEEN MELE VEETTIL:

Dear sir,
I had filled diesel in my swift car on 23-12-2017, 10:05:51 am from SIVAGIRI FUELS DEALER, NALLUR, FEROKE PO, KOZHIKODE, KERALA. Actually swift car tank capacity is 42ltrs and already in my car there was more than 5ltrs diesel (odometer shows diesel for distance more 100km). They filled 45.97ltrs diesel and I paid RS:2910/-. I was informed this to fuel station management but unfortunately the responds is bad.
I thank you for attention into this matter and look forward for a positive action.

3 three LPG cylinders were delivered by Tripura consumer coop. Fed Ltd,Battala,Agartala(code no--160117) on 1/12/2017,6/3/2018 and 10/5/2018 to me against receipt nos noted hereabove.The subsidy amounts as admissible have not been credited to my SB a/c-10915187190 as yet.This unusual delay in the matter is surprising and not expected at all.The last date on which a subsidy amount was credited to this account under IOC reference no. 30000253 is 18/8/2018.,On several occasions I wanted to draw the attention of the distributor and other ioc officials concerned to this matter for relief but with no positive action from them. In this context I am compelled to approach you to take necessary step to expedite the credit of these subsidy amounts to my SBa/c-10915187190 with necessary instructions to be followed in this regard in future and oblige me thereby.

Fraud at Sarai Kale khan Indian Oil Petrol Pump by Prakasj:

This is to inform that the pump at Sarai Kale khan at New Delhi, has Pump machine which will show meter starting with zero and at the end it will just change to amount you asked.
I had this scenario twice when I asked them to fill diesel for Rs 500,
( Cause of emergency only I come to this station and take only fuel worth 500), the meter will start at zero and till 450 it will jump to 500.
You tell them then they shout and misbehave,
So kindly look in to this matter seriously as they are giving wrong message for your brand and cheating people.

The Indian Oil petrol pump at Townhall road, near Rajshri Cinema, Anand 388001, Gujarat does not show zero and fills extra premium petrol without customer consent. Staff (Chirag) argues upon asking why this is being so. Manager not available and does not take calls.
Very frustrating and disgusting.
Please look into it.

i transfred this connection to srinagar from trivendrum in 2017 but could not take new connection in srinagar.
in 2019 i got posted to bareilly and applied for new gas connection as my old connection was suspended.
i got new connection from air force gas agency bareilly LPG ID 37000000093091227 but i am not able to avail the subsidy since my adhar no. is not geting link with my new connection.
kindly de link my aadhar no. from my old suspended gas connection , so that my new connection can be linked with aadhar no.

निवेदन पूर्वक कहना है कि झलक इंडियन गैस एजेंसी डोरंडा रांची के मालकिन आराधना सिंह के द्वारा गैस सिलेंडर की बड़े पैमाने पर कालाबाजारी की जाती है। ग्राहक को प्रतिमाह एक या दो हीं सिलेन्डर दिए जा सकते हैं। लेकिन गैस सिलेंडर की कालाबाजारी करने के लिए आराधना सिंह के द्वारा चार-चार सिलेन्डर की आपूर्ति एक ही व्यक्ति को की गई है। ग्राहक कभी भी इतनी संख्या में सिलेंडर प्राप्त नहीं किए हैं। एजेंसी के द्वारा ग्राहकों को उपलब्ध कराए जाने वाले सिलेंडर की कम्प्यूटरीकृत या ऑन लाईन बुकिंग नहीं कर मैनुअल बुकिंग कराई जाती है। सैकड़ों की संख्या में वैसे भी ग्राहक हैं जो नियमित या कहें प्रतिमाह सिलेंडर नहीं लेते हैं। लेकिन उनके नाम चढाकर बाजार में ब्लैक मार्केटिंग की जाती है। श्रीमान आपके पास तारीख ग्राहकों की सूची उपलब्ध है आप उसकी पड़ताल भी कर सकते हैं। वैसे ग्राहकों के प्रोफाइल में मोबाइल नंबर भी गलत अंकित किया जाता है जिससे उन्हें उनके नाम गैस सिलेन्डर की डिलिवरी संबंधी किसी भी प्रकार की जानकारी ना हो सके।
श्रीमान झलक झण्डेन गैस एजेंसी में नामकुम और राजा उलातू के ऐसे सैकड़ों ग्राहक हैं जो कम पढ़े-लिखे हैं। उज्जवला के तहत गैस कनेक्शन और सिलेंडर उपलब्ध कराए गए हैं। लेकिन यह ग्राहक वर्ष में महेश एक या दो सिलेंडर का है उठाओ कर पाते हैं। झलक इंडेन गैस एजेंसी की मालकिन आराधना सिंह के द्वारा इनके नाम पर गैस डिलीवरी नियमित दिखाई जाती रही है। झलक इण्डेन गैस एजेन्सी के पास लगभग 2000 से अधिक वैसे ग्राहक है जिनका कोई रिकॉर्ड उनके पास नहीं है। इनमें स्थानांतरित ग्राहक, मृत ग्राहक या ब्लैक मार्केटिंग के लिए फर्जी तरीके से तैयार की गई कनेक्शन है। जिसके नाम सिलेंडर डिलिवरी नियमित दिखाई जाती है।
श्रीमान इसकी जांच आपके द्वारा सेल्स ऑफिसर से भी कराई गई है। जिसमें सारे मामले का खुलासा नहीं हुआ। और न हीं इनके ऊपर कोई कार्रवाई हो रहा। जिसके कारण धड़ल्ले से इस कारोबार को आगे बढ़ाते रहे हैं। झलक इंडेन की आराधना सिंह बड़े पैमाने पर अनियमितता करते हैं
और मै इसकी जानकारी इंडेन एरिया ऑफिस रांची को जानकारी दी। और पूरी दस्तावेज उपलब्ध कराया लेकिन वह से भी कुछ नहीं हुआ
श्रीमान इनके यहां कनेक्शन के नाम पर ग्राहकों से मोटी राशि ली जाती है। किसी भी नये ग्राहक को रशीद या कहें बिल नहीं दिया जाया। केवल 8100 रूपये वसूले जाते हैं। सभी की जांच हो तो बड़े पैमाने पर झलक इंडेन की अनियमितता का खुलासा होगा।
