    Bus brackdown and no response from agent by Ashok:

    Bus can't start after lunch brack at 7:00 pm ....and now time is 11:45 but no mechanical is available and 50 pecenger are surviving this experience is very worst .this is weast of money and time and all help line number is busy not responding....this is injustice..

    Sir I have booked a sleeper Non AC bus ticket in Gujarat travels from Pune to Ahmedabad of dated 27/09/2019.The PNR number of the ticket is 1864683404906.The ticket was booked 5 days before I.e 22/09/2019 through Gujarat travels App.The boarding point was Wakad Pune at 21:30 hrs. I reached the boarding point at 21:00 hrs. and contacted Gujarat travels office Pune about bus status I have been informed that the driver will contact you for pick up.I was waiting for the bus around 9:40 I have come to know that bus has left for Ahmadabad without contact me and could not travelled even though I have contacted the driver to stop the bus but driver has not take care .It is therefore requested please refund my Ticket charges

    My child is studying in Manipal university Jaipur. We always book ticket of Gujarat travel and before the journey began , an hour before we use to receive the number of conductor . This time we didn't receive and number, my daughter called at the office and the way they spoke was humiliating. Every time all the students use to take the bus from Bahru near high way king hotel. But this time he refused and the words used by the person was Ghar Ghar se thori na bus leiney jayegi saabko. At last the children has to rush to reach 220 feet road. Gujarat travel is charging so much at least they shall keep educated staff who knows how to talk . We as parents called them and requested ki Bhaiya last moment par bachey Kaha bhagey gei. He simply refused to listen. For your kind information Ghar Ghar se pick karney ko Nahi Bola humey. It was on the way. Hope to see the results from your side.

    I have booked bus online with goibibo booking id GOBUSAND5ae8d6df91 from Jaipur to Vadodara on 16th September 2020 at 10:40 . I reached at Gujarat travel jaipur boarding office on 22:30 and asking 2-3times to Gujarat travels representative for bus arrives and bus status. But their respective was not answering and tell very very bad words and shouting .. after that I was told them that I will complain to Gujarat travels head office .. that Gujarat travels representative fighting Beaten up to me ..it is very shame full behaviour fro. Gujarat travels representative at Jaipur office . Which is not acceptable at all.. kindly take disciplinary action against him .. and assure me . otherwise I will take legal action against your travel agency for sure.. kindly contact me - 7507433222

    Was travelling from Vadodara to Pune on 08 Dec 22. Vehicle breakdown in Sion for 8 hrs and no arrangements for passengers to pick from that place. Vehicle came after 8 hrs and same vehicle again breakdown in Pune. No adequate maintenance and arrogance in staff, manger. Only money is agenda and no care of customer. Third class service of Gujrat travels and I will never use this travel in future for whole life.

    I booked travels for today 12:25 from Kadodara to Sion.
    11 am contacted to the driver he said bus is late by 1 & half hour.

    Latet again called him at 12 noon, he said bus is breakdown hence he will adjust me in another bus which may come at 14:30pm.

    Later after my call at 14:00 he given me the other bus contact no.
    The other bus driver said bus is stucked in Ankaleshwar and will take much time.

    Hence i requested him to cancel my ticket.

    Just before i received message that ticket is cancelled and refund made 0.

    Kindly look in to this matter and revert my ticket amount 2100/- to my bank a/c.

    Bus is too late come to Abu road 11.35 pm but Not come at Abu road after 2 p m. I'm with my family on the road out side at Gujarat Trevels office.
    I will reach Jaipur and complain about them in the consumer court.
