    I have purchased a new swift lxi dated 22.10.2019 from you.In my invoice you have clearly mentioned the amount of extended warranty of the vehicle.yesterday when I asked you about the documents regarding the extended warranty you clearly denied.since I have already paid the amount rs.8484 and not getting the required documents.its a clear cut case of cheating with me.through this mail I am again requesting you to please provide me the documents of extended warranty of the vehicle for which you have already charged me rs.8484 and the said amount is clearly reflected in the invoice,else I have to file a complaint in consumer court against you.

    For your kindly information, I have done my car insurance through your agent on April, 2020 and she commitment with me that after insurance she give me car perfume, washing and wheel alignment coupon but end of the day I have got only car perfume rest of coupons not provide.....how can I trust on you...
    ....before done my Insurance your representative call me 9 to 10 times in a day after that no call regarding my rewords.

    Dear sir,
    I bought a Maruti Dezire from your Gokulpuri Branch in 2017 and the reg no of my car is UP14DH3851.
    For the first year i had no issue with the pollution check but the next year onward i am facing a big issue ,the issue is like this -When ever i go to get my this car for pollution check in Delhi,they do it for three months only, the staff says that as per the system my car is at BS-III level but in fact this is BS-IV level.That means i have to get this pollution check every three months,otherwise the pollution check is done for a year time .
    When i checked with your staff on phone ,i was told that now the Ghaziabad authority is closed so we cant help you as this my RC has to go tom Ghaziabad Authority you contact in September .When i called again i was assured by Mr.Tyagi Yatender that this will be rectified but now he is not answering the phone neither any message from him.Unfortunately i have been transferred from DELHI to RAIPUR CHATTISGARH for a year and now problem is that my wife can not go to get the pollution check every three months.Your staff are not very helpful with the customers.

    Its costly also if you get 4 times in a year and unnecessary trouble also.
    Therefor its requested to kindly do the needful,by getting the required changes in the RC.
    The RC was collected and checked by your staff when it was registered in Ghaziabd.
    I am waiting for the reply,I will send the RC to your Gokulpuri branch by courier if you say.

    Worst experience with TR Sawhney Badli Body shop by Tushita Gupta:

    I gave my Maruti Suzuki Swift on 17feb 2021 to Badli body shop for claim with claim no 7210670138 first I face problem with insurance company for not getting full claim on my damaged part when this issue was resolved by the company with in 2 weeks when they called me for delivery I saw my left fender was damage and mudflap was not there it’s my luck that I had photos of my car which proved that this damage occur by them otherwise they will not repair that damage then after that whenever I called body shop of Badli they gave me so many excuses for delay work in my car sometimes they said they don’t have Shortage of equipment’s then they said our equipment are not working they are on repairing then they said there worker are on off fir 1 week then they said they have shortage of paint now since 2 week m calling when I’ll get my car they were saying me since 2 week ma’am tomorrow tomorrow everytime when I called them they have new tomorrow for delivery till today’s date work is not done in my car which there body shop executives told me on call but still they said we’ll deliver your car tomorrow by 4pm I don’t tomorrow weather I’ll get my car with full fledge work or not.I’m very disappointed with the things happen with me in past 2 months.
    I want my car as possible as they can and also want you to take an action regarding this complaint.

    I had insured my car whose registration number is UP 19 K 3004 from you last year, your worker assured me that if I get the insurance done through tr sawney then you will never have any problem in the coming time. And our employees have a good relationship with icic Lombard, but today my car has been standing in Sector 62 Nexa Workshop for a week, my car is not able to give me with satisfaction and they say that the investigator of icic Lombard is our He is not listening, nor is he picking up his phone.

    Solved my problem.
    I got damaged brezza it was a big crime done by your showroom because of this I suffered a lot I am suffering from mantel harassment.

    I had given my Car for service and minor repair under insurance on 9/02/2023 at “M/S T.R.Sawhney golkurpuri shadra” to Mr.Praveen Sharma(8059971510)

    On 19/02/2023 when I went to receive my car and it was evening so couldn’t check in daylight but It was shocking when I saw my car next day in the morning they painted the driver side of my car with the different color.

    My car’s actual color is white and they painted the whole side off white and the difference is quite evident, My car’s hardly 3 months old and I dont my car to be painted again and again so I would request you to kindly change the parts rather than painting it all over again.

    And I am still not able to digest how can maruti’s autorised workshops can do such amature mistakes this is the case of shear neglegence on their part. My work is also getting hammpered as my car was there for past 10 days therefore I want to take this up on priority and do the needfull asap.

    I have purchased a wagon r (LXI) car from the showroom in which it was said to give some 13 thousand car basic kit in which only 5 items (mudflap,seat cover,steering cover,mat,temple) were installed in my car and that too after two days of leaving whereas it was said that 9 items would be required i have not received information about when the remaining items will be installed in the car,
    Earlier I had booked the car in the name of Deegu, the linked loan was in the name of my wife due to which I got the booking canceled in my name whose amount was to be fully refunded in 2 days, which has not yet come, it has been more than a week i will be informed immediately about the car kits and refund amount.
