    We senior citizen and ladies after boarding the bus plz arrange for washroom facility after 4to 6 hours gap.This is useful for all the passengers.Because of humps we feel dicomfort.So plz arrange for it.

    Always delay in departure timing.. Live tracking ll not show proper location and many times bus drivers said me to not to book ticket in vrl.. M travelling in vrl since 2012 to till but this time had big problem with this bus services... And drivers behavior is very rational and no respect for customer

    Vrl travels - rude bus drivers by anusha:

    First of all vrl travel sends you pick up vehicle and the driver assigned are so rude that they abuse.
    We reached the pick up point at 7.pm. 15 mins early.
    Our pick up time was 7.15 pm.
    So at 7.20 pm I called the driver -7483598950 to know where the bus reached .
    The driver denies to tel the location n replies rudely "I can't say the location,we are stuck in traffic.cant you wait, you r supposed to wait."

    I just asked because it was late already n if he tells where he reached I will be able to estimate the arrival time.
    But bus was 45 mins late. it was 8.pm now. I call the same number n he says he is 25 mins away from the pick up location.

    Then at 8.15pm I get call from vrl office staff that bus has come ,please contact the driver.

    I call the driver 7483598950- same number.
    He is not picking the call.
    So I called another number of the driver from the msg - 9900968937.
    N replies rudely that bus has already reached 15 mins n he will not wait for us, he will leave n go. . N further abuses "can't u be punctual. So irresponsible. If u guys don't come now.. I shall leave the place. Catch another bus."

    I'm shocked with drivers behaviour. I have reached the location 15 minutes early n the driver comes one hour
    Late n abuses you in front of passengers.

    This is very wrong. Treating customers so badly. Assigning such rude drivers n making the passenger's journey so worst.

    We don't deserve this. Very dissapointing to face such bad experience with vrl team.

    One bus is traveling from Bellary to bangalore. Via from Torangallu and sandur. If we try to book from sandur, There is no option to book the seat.

    If i speak Bellary office there are saying no boarding point from sandur. To use your esteemed service, I have to go for Bellary. Which is reverse journey of 60km (that is total 120km extra traveling just because I like Ur service)

    I am wonder that in taluk like sandur bus has no boarding point. Then Wat is use of going in this route.

    Please re-route the bus directly from Bellary to bangalore via highway! Or provide boarding point.

    I am travelling from Mangaluru to Mumbai by bus no. GJ18AV3517. I found so many cockroaches and bugs in bus. Very disappointed.

    Sir you are stopping your buses in sai park hotel near sankeshwar which is on nh4 highway.for what purpose you are stopping the buses do you know the value of customer ? You will get food that is Even a dog can not eat.and even toilets are very dangerous.something wrong in allocation this is not expected from vrl very upset.

    Recently went to Goa by shantha travels. AC sleeper. Nice pillows, blankets and water was provided. All for 1600. Came back from Goa in VRL. No AC.. no pillows, blankets and water. All for 1900. Such a long journey and no comfort. I would suggest all my friends and family to use shantha travels. Unless you people start thinking of the passengers and not the money.

    I travelled from Mumbai to Nippani today and bus reached at the destination at around 5 AM morning.Bus driver spoke with my dad and told him that he will drop me near first Indian petrol pump, but he dropped me near second petrol pump which is kind of far distance. Considering women safety point of view this is so careless behaviour. Please take an action against driver. the bus no is KA41D1672
