    I am an old customer of your kamarhati outlet, purchased Refrigerator,Washing Machine,Water Filter etc.with my Bajaj Finserv EMI Card(present Balance Rs. 3 lacs)at my present address at Belgharia.Although my recorded address is at Jharna Apartment,Roynagar,Bansdroni, I have to take a rental flat at Belgharia in my wife's name for my son's education purpose(a mediacal student of Sagar Data Medical College,Kamarhati. Now I wish some electronics items from your Kamarhati showroom. But they have expressed their inability to sell the product with that EMI card at my present address. As I have a permanent address proof in Kolkata(Bansdroni) and I am your old customer, I would rest you kindly advise your Showroom at Kamrhati to sell and deliver the product at my local address in my Wife's name at Belgharia.     Sub: AC Not Cooling and Same Problem after Purchase
    Dear Sir,
    This is to inform you that I Debtosh Tewary, purchased Voltas 185 ZYL(R) / 1.5 Ton Split AC vide Invoice No.AS/SA/1718/01170 on 18/6/2017 from your esteemed showroom Great Eastern Appliances Pvt. Limited, Asansol, Burdwan, West Bengal. After purchasing we have observed that there was a manufacturing defect in the A.C. and that there was no cooling so. I have informed the same to your concerned officer in your good office through Telephone.
    As advised by your concerned officer, I have registered my complaint vide No.17100313845 in Voltas Customer Care Centre on dated 03.10.2017. On dated 04.10.2017 from TD-VOLTAS I have received messages in my registered mobile Phone number that Dear Customer Request No.17100313845 assigned to Engineer Manjur Lala / Saddam Hussan.
    Voltas service Engineer Namely, Mr. Saddam Hussan came my residence on 04.10.2017 and he checked and specified a defect in the product and he told us that at the time of delivery required Gas was not filled by mistake and in your service station he filled the gas quickly and told me that keep your AC on and also assured me that it will give proper cooling and from today onwards it will not give us any problem but sorry to say within 24 hours again the cooling problem arisen. Today again I registered my complaint with Voltas Customer Care Centre.
    It is regretted to point out that my families since last three years has been your customer and have always purchased most of our electrical items from your good Showroom.
    Now, I want action against my complaint at the earliest. I am not interested in getting my product repaired rather since it is a defective piece. I demand a new product in replacement. I therefore request your good self that you either replace the air-conditioner immediately or refund my money. Otherwise, I will put my all efforts in all possible way. You can consider this is one of those efforts.
    I hope you will take the necessary action to the earliest and restore my confidence in VOLTAS - a TATA Company. Tata companies are known for being customer friendly. My contact no is 9474492777.

    Hi Sir/Madam,

    I have ordered Whirlpool refrigerator 230 vitamagic from Great Eastern Santragachi on 3rd Dec 2017. But it was dropped by delivery boy while unloading. He promised us to replace the refrigerator but later on the manager refused to give any replacement. He suggested us to use that “dropped” fridge and will replace if any problem occurs in 7 days. My concern is what if the problem is detected on 8th day. So I refused to take any chance and asked a replacement. If required I also have detailed recording of our conversation where GE executive is aware of the fact that the good was mishandled by them. Please help me to get this issue resolved.

    Mr.prasant ghosh i think so he is a manager of this branch.i follow up all the things, i called 1st sells executive who sells to me products. last 4days continue follow up i told you till now can not got my purchasing product .after that i found a number Mr.parsant he is a manager ,today he told me today (8.4.2019) all purchasing product will be delivered my address .but i got only one purchasing item till now micro oven delivery is pending.
    already attached my invoice picture ,pls find the attachment 
    if i purchase online like flipkart or amazone i think so i cnt harassment after payment .
    Mr.prasant last time he cant received my phone and any call back even i think so do not have any botheration, delivery done or not done.

    Dear Sir,
    I am an staunch customer of your company and fully rely on your company.Every visit at your outlet has given me utmost satisfaction.Usually I purchase from your BARASAT centre.But recently I have had a bad experience.On 15th September 2019 I along with my wife went to purchase a Micro oven from the Barasat Centre.We wanted to purchase LG product but Sri Baidyanath Pramanik,the sales person,insisted to purchase Samsung product.He convinced us that all the features which we wanted were available with it.Later when the person who visited our home for delivery of the product said the features which we wanted were not available with it.Later when my wife contacted the shop,she was advised that the product would be changed.My wife visited the shop next day.She was kept waiting for a long time.Sri Pramanik who was at the shop but did not turn out.She wanted LG MC2886BRUM with floral design.But she had to settle with without floral design and that too with higher price than the market price.She was advised that the model she asked is not available.
    I have two questions-Why Sri Pramanik had given false representation when he didn't have
    full knowledge of the product.Second, can't the product with floral design be made available even after two or three days.The customer's choice and satisfaction must be given first priority and don't give misleading informations to customers.
    Third, please provide the required model i.eMC2886BRUM as the ordered model has not yet been delivered.Next time before visiting GREAT EASTERN we have to
    think twice.

    Pathetic Service-Great Eastern ,Dhakuria by Madhumita Hati:

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I purchased a BAJAJ FLASHY 1000W ROOM HEATER on 20.12.19 from Great Eastern Retail Pvt Ltd , branch Dhakuria. On 23.12.19 morning suddenly we find that the machine stopped working.I immediately took the machine to the shop and was advised by the salesgirl(present at that time)not to visit shop for such problems , instead call Bajaj for servicing.I called Bajaj and the person who visited said that the heater is not working and it will take 3 days for them to replace parts.

    This is for your information that the heater was purchased for my ailing father who was release from hospital on 19.12.19 after treatment of 16 days.He was suffering from pneumonia and is very aged. He is feeling v cold and we are afraid that he might again catch cold in this weather.

    I requested the shop to either replace the machine or give us a stopgap machine.But no help was provided from the shop.

    I(also the guys of Bajaj who visited) really fail to understand how come a new machine becomes faulty in 3 days? Why no aftersales service is provided by this outlet of Great Eastern .I personally called up Mr Ranjit Adhikary for any kind of help but neither he connected me to the manager of the store nor he agreed to call up Bajaj so that the faulty part can be replaced at the earliest.

    This kind of unprofessionalism is not expected from a retail like Great Eastern.I request the authority to at least speak to Bajaj so that the faulty part can be replaced within 1 day..I believe this kind if help can atleast be expected from your end.

    I had purchased a new Voltus Split AC of 1.5ton on 02/09/2020.At the time of instaletion the Engineer said that the outdoor and Indoor both part of the AC is not working and He also send his report to great eastern, Asansol Branch. Today is 15/09/2020 we I did not get any replacement nor they return my money. Nobody had contact with us, every time I has made phone call but I did not get any replacement.

    I purchased the above TV in exchange basis from 66,Syed Amir Ali Avenue branch Invoice no:BBN/SA2223/07607 dt.16.9.22, but the salesman advised me to get the exchange facility from their vendor who came and valued the old tv to Rs.200/-which I turned down.
    I wants to know whether exchange facility from your showroom has withdrawn? if not why they did not allow me to have exchange facility from its own showroom like others.
