As we know that one time screen replacement is given in techno but I went to the service center and they said it will be charged for replacing as we have bought in last November 2019 .as we know the replacement is for 1 time in year

Sar mere phone me ye dikkat hai ki charging charging dikha rahi hai per percentage bahut slow charge ho raha hai sar 3 month ka mobile hai Sar mai service centre gaya tha to mem ne mujhe kaha ki iska charging pin halka sa damage hai iska charge 550 rupaye hai to Sar Maine banne ke liye de diya tha but sar jab phone ban Gaya to to ham usko Lene Gaye sar charger our led new mela sar par charging bahut jyada slow ho rahi hai Sar 5:30 par charging me lagaya tha our 13 percent thi our 8:47 par nikala to 64 percentage he charge hua tha Sar kya Karun Paisa West ho raha hai time bhi west ho raha hai

1- Volume is very low
2- Battery backup & also charging not working
