My techno spark KC2j screen got broke even though tempered glass on screen is completely fine only, this shows the quality of your product , worst phone I ever used , and at first they said free one time screen replacement extended warranty period,now I know why they said that
But now on carlcare its saying my phone is not listed for free one time screen replacement , if its so then truly your company will be the worst in terms of customer satisfaction and after sales service while in terms of quality I have never seen a phone so delicate and fragile, tempered glass worth rupees 100 is unbroken but screen of phone is broken , never experienced this kind of things

Memory card can't detected in my new techno spark power 2 just using from 1 day. I have purchase techno spark power2 from flipkart But when I connect memory card to my computer.. There are no issue.. My mobile asking for memory card is corrupt and asking formating.showing always memory card issues.how can do?? With regards Avijit Laha
