Hello Sir,
My patient Anubhav Tiwari's(CR: 2014088931) treatment has been over and now i am trying to get my balance amount back, but employees in P.E.D office are asking for bribe to process refund. Every time when i visit office, they ask for various documents and never describe requirement in one time.
Please help to get my fund back.

Reports and CD of cancer patient-urgent by Satnani:

My patient Sangeeta satnani (cr no 2015727388) is a cancer patient came for Pet scan on 6th oct 2015 from different city. Reports which were given to her on the said date were not at all clear due to cartridge issue. Also, CD of the report was not handed over to her. Report printout which was given is so dim that no doctor is able to read the same due to which her treatment is getting delayed. She is a cancer patient and hence is obviously a serious patient. No one in the dept is ready to help.
Request you to please check the issue and give us the report on mail and cd by courier as no one will again specially come to Lucknow to collect the same. We need both the things on an urgent basis.

Greetings!!!
This is to inform you that behavior of staff nurses towards patient is NOT at all good. Recently we have visited hematology department (Hall no.2 Room no.9) for routine checkup however their behavior was pathetic please provide them some training if possible. I am very sorry to say this but that is urgent requirement what I feel. As department has crucial patients they should talk with more sympathy but scenario is different there. Please look in the matter and do the needful as needed.
