    I have booked a hotel Best Holiday Inn in Shillong for 13th of July but for some reason, I have to cancel the booking.But they are saying that I have to pay the full amount that is 12k if I cancel my booking.At the time when I booked hotel the website itself was showing that the cancellation is free and now how could they charge the whole amount.Please be authentic and give correct information.This i show you do business by giving false information to your costumer?
