i was lied while selling a product...i bought an earphones worth 550..they said it has a year warranty...but when I went to replace it..i was denied..is this some kind of fooling around with people...bcoz wh smith is a trusted brand...

Wh smith store charged me double price by Bineet:

Today I visited wh smith store on sikandarpur metro station. The store boy first did not know how to use the offer given on too yum pack for cashback. Also he charged me double amount. The bill was for 30 rs. He tried to charge from PayeTim but then he told me that PayeTim is not working. I gave him cash but later on 30 rs were also deducted from my PayeTim. I am a regular customer of that store but this man was a thief. I will put this complaint on Facebook as well.
