Dear sir I have endorsed a request No 18051305687 for complaint regarding repair of my desert cooler on 13 May 2018. Your Engr Mr Karan Kumar visited on 15 May 18. Engr told that cooler motor required to be changed and task will be completed within 3-4 days. But so much time have passed and i have not received any response from your company.
