    Referral Amount not as per policy by Vivek Chandran:

    I got a mail from nestaway asking for last bed referral. It said referral and referre both could get Rs2000 each.
    I referred a friend of mine, he used my referral code, but he just got Rs 1000 and I just got Rs500.

    Now he is scolding me for referral. Please arrange a call back to 9025997152 and solve this issue as soon as possible.
    I am really frustrated with the worst act from nestaway. Me and Friend are going to vacate the room if the issue is not solved.

    I Have been living with Nestaway since few months.
    I have just recently opted to move out from the flat.
    I have been charged un-necessary penalties for late payment despite of the fact that I have not been provided proper assets and utilities at the time of move in. I have mentioned the same in the service requests as well for the waiver of the penalty amount charged.
    Though they have said that this would be resolved in the revert of the service request but the same has not been updated in the system.
    Kindly look into this and clear the penalty dues along with the deposit amount.

    My House Owner dropped an Email to you guys that he doesn't want to increase the rent of the tenants after one year. But in the app I saw increased rent..I tried to contact you on your phone number....but every time my call is disconnected....So I had to pay my full rent that was increased. So can you please let me know my issue will be fixed or not.

    Hi, I’ve raised a request for pending amount that NestAway has to give me on my move out date but they didn’t. Moreover I am not able to open any ticket query raised regarding invalid deductions also previous service requests. They have cleared all my service requests. Very bad experience with NestAway. I would not recommend whosoever reading this. Worst service provider and irrelevant deduction from security deposits.

    #NestAway It was really a pathetic experience with NestAway.
    The provided service was so bad, Concerned items were replaced by third qualities item that was hardly sustained 10 to 12 days.
    They provide a pathetic service If you call their customer care and tell about your problem and you convinced them and they accept it yes this is our issue and they reply to you the same line
    We definitely inform about your issue to our support team and they will contact you soon.

    I raised three requests for cot repair and every time I contact with the customer care and get the same answer "We definitely inform about your issue to our support team and they will contact you soon."
    After some time, They cancel the ticket by giving the reason our support team contact you but you denied to take the service.

    In the nestaway app it’s showing rent due on 1 September but yesterday the area manger had told the rent is reduced to 7500 from 9050. He said it will be reflected within 2 or 3 days . So can u make the changes in app as I can pay the amount .

    This is in my regards to flat rented to nestaway at silver stone, handewadi,Pune.
    For past 2 months I have not received the rent of my flat.i treid to contact the contact person Mr.kedari on phone number :- 9156473583, but no response.
    i have contacted customer care for atleast 15 times, but always I get a reply that they have asked the banking division for same but still no positive revert.
    Kindly do check with the matter and revert me ASAP. Failing to which I will have no other option but to terminate my contract with the best away company.
    Because this is really practical way to behave with clients, but a querry there is no response for almost 2 months now.
    Kindly look into the matter and let me know what's the problem .
