Dear Titan Team
This for kind inform you that My self Madhu, I have purchased Titan watch store name ( Sri Mannarayana Traders LLP) Srikakulam branch , i have purchased watch on Nov 2017, at the time purchased store team told software issue bill not generated so kindly visit some time and So many time I have asked bill your store team but till now I didn't get my watch bill and Recently one watch purchased on 12-Aug-2018 again store manager not givin purchase bill , He is told our company Software issue last 1 year ago till now issues not reselved,
Kindly confirm and provide bill if not givin bills i have raised compliant through Commercial Tax department
Today i have visited your Srikakulam store regarding watch repair my watch belt was damaged so i have asked your store team he is told watch repairs Service not available and watch repair part also not available, he is told very roodly and horsefly Please go somewhere branch ( Vizag ) for repair, Srikakulam to Vizag Titan branch distance is 105 Kilometers
Please suggest what will do now
I request you to kindly arrange watch belts and my bills
