Sir ,I had made a purchase of ₹21.68 on 26/05/2017 ,of which I paid by jio money but some technical mistake bill couldn't be raised I was told to pay again which I did after an argument . when I was back home I logded a complaint with you. On 29 th I went to the store to update the manager that payment by jio money was done .there was no technical mistake they have charged me double.but the manager was quite rude and asked me to go through procedure as I made a complaint to customer desk.
Today again I went to enquire about the same, first I picked marked down mother dairy paneer& dahi for which I was told you have to pay MRP ,50% off is not for you ,I have been a regular customer , how can they be so rude ,disrespectful and unprofessional to a customer like this , when I went to Mr.Abhay Pratap Singh and ms,Dubey they were rude to say go through the procedure as you didn't trust us for just 21.86₹ and we will not give you anything on marked down price .you may lodge a complaint.

I have bought goods on 9 July 4m ur faridabad store no 2441. They balanced my scheme on my bill. Im regular customer to there I asked them they said now I will not get scheme bcoz they don't have and Mr. SUBHASH 9911610272 misbehaved and said COMPLAINT wherever u want NOTHING will happened.
I complaint to your customer care on 1 August complaint no 1863185 still nothing is happened. Then SUBHASH called but did not give the scheme and threat me " jahan complaint karni he kar lo".
You customer service r really bullshit you have kept uneducated people to make PUBLIC fool & steal the scheme. Customer service People r Donkeys Reliance is CHOR company who make only money & do nothing. STILL my complaint is pending & people who misbehaved NO ACTION TAKEN AGAINST THEM. THEN CLOSE UR Customer service. Y have u kept donkeys like them U All r CHEATERS. SHAME on you.
