Yesterday ( ie 26/09/2017 at 08:30 PM)i purchased one kg pouch from kankarbagh. near by Kendriya vidayalaya or Dr. Sunil Kumar (Saroj Hospital) . I complained the retailer with milk at 9:00 PM same day . He told that you make a complain through mail or tall free no. & Keep the milk store at your home & pouch also , some person has visit & check the milk.
so i kept it & waiting for visit of sudha person.

The sudha retailer available at Saharsa Junction always ask asking the cost of product more than it's MRP. Fore example 200 mg Pera cost Rs. 90 but MRP is only 80. I requested the owner to please give me at MRP but he is saying that the distributor is giving him at Rs. 85, so he has to sell at Rs. 90 only and not less. The behaviour or communication of the owner is also very rude.
Please ask him to sell only at MRP.

When we make curd from Sudha Milk , the curd looks greeze and during consumption it falls drop by drop just like mobile . Appears to be the milk is adulterated of starch .
Please look into the matter and do needful to address this problem . This is only Bihari product of repute which is in the market but giving a bad name .

आज तकरीबन 8 महीने हो गए सुधा का काउंटर खोले हुए लेकिन आज तक हमें दूकान पे सामान नहीं पहुंचाया जा रहा है ,जबकि लाइसेंस लेते वक़्त उस एरिया के सुपरवाइज़र ने बोला था एक महीने बाद आपके दूकान पे सामान पहुंचाया जाने लगेगा दूसरी बात इस डिजिटल इंडिया के जमाने में दुकानदार से कैश पैसा लिया जा रहा है !इसका शीघ्र निराकरण किया जाय अन्यथा मैं कागजी तौर पे निराकरण की मांग करने को वाध्य होऊंगा
