I have given order from kfc. I didnot receive my order netheir i received any confirmation email that my order is cancelled. But my money got deducted from my A/c. I am not getting any helpline number to complain nor any email id. This is how you people servce your customer. Very disappointing.Within 24hr if i am not receiving any email from your end. Today I went to your restaurant with my family at Park Street where a cash counter boy named WAHAD refused to give two more tomato sauce sachet which is quite nominal & no point in arguing.I told him to take money for that.He refused rudely.Sorry to say, such ill mannered staff will put down the name of your renowned shop.Please see that they pay some respect to customers.I am really disappointed.

I Manav Kapoor ( 8373953413)ordered my meal on 20th May at 4.30 , at ambience mall KFC shop, For Billing I shared Sodexo Meal card, Cashier swept in one machine not ,machine hanged, Cashier swept in another machine not responded , Cashier swept in 3rd machine , Showing low balance, I told balance was there in my card, He shows print out of one machine , I told I am sure balance was there, but he said sir report is is front of you. I shared my credit card and pay amount of bill . But when I reached home, Msg was in my mobile from sodexo , Of same bill amount deduction. I have payment proof of my Sodexo card and Credit card both. SO twice amount paid. Same I Mentioned in your feedback, Bit now more than one week gone but no one revert although I shared my email and Mobile. Is feedback is only formality NO ONE take care of that.

Worst service by KFC. Ordered 2 buckets of 12 piece boneless chicken at around 1:00 PM, received only 1 bucket, the delivery boy took the payment of both the buckets and stated that remaining order will be delivered within 15-20 minutes.
Its now 5:00 PM and almost 5-6 calls made to KFC only to find ourselves in more disguise. Sorry to say but this is not how a Brand should work.
Really Pathetic. The store manager is on leave and the staff of that store is enjoying the manager's leave by harassing the customers.

They called me after 1 hr and they just told to call to my number going forward when you place order. Please some one take necessary action against this KFC store. Respected Sir,
I have a concern that I was working at KFC Mahagun Metro Mall, Sec-3, Vaishali for the past 6 months. Then I left the company cause exam's preparation. And now after a month I came back.
The Store manager Ms.Jyoti who just got transfer from another outlet. she behaved very undeservedly with me. She doesn't make senses, she doesn't have the way to speak, Don't know how she became a manager while she isn't even worthy of it.
I'm one of the good team member from that store, If rate I always get 10/9 from customers for my work and behavior with them. I had a personal meeting with Mr. Amitabh Negi Sir 'The COO of this company.
He liked me very much, we had a great conversation for an hour. He wanted me to get transfer and offered me to get high salary more than getting here.
Sir I request you to please make me recommend, and rejoin the KFC staff as soon as possible at the same outlet.
